In 2015, the owners of this residence asked BCI to do a Home Performance Assessment. They were concerned with the efficiency of their house, suspecting the heart of the problem to be insufficient insulation. After our assessment, we determined that this was indeed the case, and went to work installing all new insulation. Once done, the home’s energy efficiency improved exponentially.
In 2017, the roof was in need of updating. The new roof was fitted with Owens Corning Duration – Driftwood asphalt shingles.
