This Cape Cod-style home was originally built in 1978 and the homeowner approached BCI about getting new siding. During the initial walk-through for the estimate, the owner mentioned they were also planning on building an addition to the back of the garage. Taking this into account, our estimators calculated the materials needed for both the home and the addition they had in mind so that everything was cohesive. In addition to the new LP SmartSide siding, this home also got new soffit and fascia.
